Presentation Summary:
Burnout occurs at high rates in the legal profession. Often, lawyers find themselves in the throes of burnout without even realizing it. The good news is that with the right tools and knowledge, burnout can be prevented. In this webinar, you will learn 1) how to identify burnout in yourself and others, 2) tools to help you work through a burnout phase,  and 3) ways to build buffers to prevent burnout. At the end of the webinar, you will walk away with critical tools that will help you become a more successful, productive and joyful lawyer.

Dr. Rachel Fry is a psychologist on a bit of a mission—to help lawyers be successful in all aspects of their lives.

She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Samford University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. Dr. Fry owned a clinical practice for almost 20 years before pivoting into the consulting world eight years ago to focus on improving well-being in the legal profession.

Dr. Fry has seen first-hand how individuals become more effective both in and out of the office after learning critical tools for success. She provides one-to-one coaching for lawyers and legal teams and frequently leads personal and leadership development workshops. Over the past eight years, she has worked with hundreds of lawyers, bar associations, as well as regional, national, and international law firms. She is also a frequent speaker at legal conferences.
